All levels, all goals
Click on a goal to see exactly how your coaching would be built around your project.
The goal is above all to help you run your first 5K without skipping steps. Depending on your starting level, we can begin with a run/walk approach to gradually get your body used to the effort. Week by week, the running periods get progressively longer until you can run continuously.
Your programme may include
- Run/walk intervals to start progressively
- Building endurance
- Learning the right pace
- First 5K-specific sessions
- Strength training suited to beginner runners
- Mobility work
- Session and heart-rate analysis
- Reading your GPS watch data
- Programme adjusted to your fatigue and progress
The goal isn't simply to finish a 5K, but to build the foundations that will allow you to keep progressing afterwards.
Preparing for a 10K isn't just about running faster. We build a balanced week with different sessions to develop your endurance, your speed and your ability to hold a sustained pace.
Depending on your level and goal, we can include
- Easy endurance runs
- 10K-specific sessions
- Pace work
- Interval training
- Longer runs
- Specific strength training
- Mobility work
- Heart-rate analysis
- Defining your training zones
- Reading and understanding your GPS watch data
- VO2 max or field tests where relevant
- Intermediate goals to track your progress
We also learn how to organise your training week to find the right balance between training, recovery and everyday life.
A half-marathon build-up needs to develop your endurance while gradually getting you used to holding a specific race pace. We put together a weekly structure that fits your schedule.
Your preparation includes
- Easy endurance runs
- Half-marathon-specific sessions
- Pace work
- Interval training
- Long runs
- Strength training
- Mobility work
- Heart-rate analysis
- Training zone work
- VO2 max or field tests where relevant
Preparation can also include intermediate goals, such as a 10K, to assess your progress before the half. We also work on race strategy: pacing, recovery, weekly structure and the ability to manage effort over a long duration.
Preparing for a marathon doesn't mean running a marathon before race day. The goal is to progressively develop the qualities needed to handle a long effort while keeping a structure that fits your everyday life.
Preparation can include
- Building endurance
- Marathon-specific sessions
- Pace work
- Progressive long runs
- Strength training
- VO2 max or field tests
- Race-strategy preparation
- Effort management work
- Nutrition and hydration advice
- Learning to fuel during long runs
- Heart-rate analysis
- Reading your GPS watch data
- Intermediate goals, such as a 10K or half marathon
Above all, we learn to manage the distance, the effort, recovery and nutrition, so you arrive at the marathon with the right capabilities and a clear strategy.
Trail running requires different qualities from road running. Training needs to take into account elevation gain, climbs, descents, changing terrain and effort management.
We can work on
- Trail-specific sessions
- Hill work
- Climbing technique
- Descending technique
- Managing elevation gain and loss
- Using poles
- Trail-specific strength training
- Building resistance to fatigue
- Technical terrain sessions
- Pacing and effort management
- Nutrition and hydration
- Reading a race elevation profile
- Race-strategy preparation
The goal is to teach you to read the terrain and manage your effort, rather than simply chasing an average pace.
Ultra-trail requires specific preparation: learning to manage several hours of effort, fatigue, elevation gain, nutrition and recovery.
We can work on
- Long, progressive runs
- Ultra-trail-specific sessions
- Elevation gain work
- Climbs and descents
- Using poles
- Specific strength training
- Building resistance to fatigue
- Managing effort over several hours
- Nutrition and hydration during effort
- Weekly training structure
- Recovery management
- Mental preparation and coping with difficult moments
- Cross-training with cycling or hiking where relevant
- Simulating race conditions
- Race strategy
Preparation is tailored to your goal, your experience and the time you genuinely have available to train.
If you've been away from sport for a long time, the goal isn't to throw you straight into an intense programme. We start by understanding your current situation.
We assess
- Your mobility level
- Your strength
- Your cardiovascular fitness
- Your lifestyle habits
- Any pain or limitations
- Your availability
- Your goals
Then we gradually build your physical activity
- Walking
- Very gradual running
- Strength training
- Mobility
- Bodyweight exercises
- Cardiovascular work
- Short, accessible sessions
- Gradual increase in training load
The goal is to find an activity you can genuinely fit into your daily life, without trying to rush.
Getting back in shape doesn't necessarily mean doing more sport. We start by reviewing your current fitness, mobility, strength, any pain and your goals.
Your programme can then be focused on
- Weight loss
- Building muscle mass
- Strength training
- Improving cardiovascular fitness
- Building strength
- Mobility
- Injury prevention
- A gradual return to sport
- Improving day-to-day energy and fitness
Exercises are tailored to your level and can be done with little equipment. The goal is to build realistic, gradual and lasting progress that fits your daily life.
Your current level doesn't matter. What matters is building a progression that fits your life, one you can enjoy following over the long term.

- Leaves you alone with the difficulties

- Tailored to your level
- Tailored to your daily life
- Regular check-ins
- Training that evolves with you
- A coach by your side

Athletes I coach
Beginners, experienced runners, comebacks: they're all moving forward with me
First 5K, half marathon, marathon, trail, ultra or simply getting back into sport: what matters here isn't the finish time, it's what each person experienced during coaching.
« After more than a year without sport due to health issues, the road back wasn't easy… But with a gradual return and great support, I was finally able to line up at a start line again and enjoy racing! »
BaptisteRediscovering the joy of running after a year off« After years of running without a goal or any consistency, I decided to trust Marius to help me progress and find my rhythm. My posture and running form have improved, and running has become a real pleasure. He adapts and builds a personalised plan that suits me perfectly, always available and full of good advice. »
OcéaneFinding consistency and a rhythm that suits her« This was my first real coaching experience for a trail build-up, and it was the best decision to arrive truly ready for this new format. I had genuine support, right down to nutrition strategy. And above all a flexible programme that Marius adjusted to my schedule and how I was feeling. In the end, a real success. »
GuillaumeTackling his first long trail race with confidence« Without Marius, I'd have clearly given up at kilometre 8 of that race! The coaching he put in place built solid foundations that stopped me quitting when I doubted myself. His kindness and support helped me bounce back after a physically and mentally tough race. This isn't just physical coaching, it's genuine, complete support tailored to my abilities and how I feel. »
MarilynDaring to run her first race and never giving up« Marius coached me in person as I started running, and I loved working with him. I made huge progress, both physically and mentally. Always kind, motivating and attentive, he knows how to push us past our limits while keeping a great atmosphere. You feel in safe hands from start to finish. »
JadeStarting out in running · in-person coaching« I asked Marius to help me prepare for the Maxi Race when I lacked confidence on elevation gain. Thanks to his personalised plan and plenty of advice, I approached the race calmly and fully enjoyed my trail, with very little knee pain. His support and availability really made the difference. »
