Information you voluntarily provide via the contact form or during a discovery call: first name, email address, sporting goal and any details useful to building your coaching plan.
Purpose of processing
This data is used solely to respond to your requests, organise appointments and provide your training follow-up. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Service providers
Some third-party tools may process data for the service to work: the training tracking platform, the booking service and the payment provider. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Retention period
Data is kept for the duration of the coaching relationship, then for the applicable legal period, before being deleted.
Your rights
